Free Classes
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, or email info@improvwithlottie.com so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Short Courses (1 month or less):
Refunds are subject to instructor discretion and will only be given in extreme circumstances.
Extended Courses (2+ months):
Refunds are subject to instructor discretion and will only be given in extreme circumstances.
Private Sessions and Consultations:
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
No refunds for private sessions already used.
Late cancellations are non-refundable.
Online Courses:
Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
