Services Provided
Improv with Lottie offers improv classes, workshops, courses, events, and related educational content, delivered either in person or online. All services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.
Registration and Payment
Payment is required to secure your place in any paid class, course, or event unless otherwise stated. Prices, schedules, and availability may change at any time.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the Improv with Lottie Refund Policy:

Free classes: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot cancel in time, notify us at info@improvwithlottie.com.

Courses one month or less (meeting once per week): Refunds may be requested only if you have attended no more than one class session.

Longer courses, workshops, or special events: Refund availability will be stated at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.

No refunds are issued for missed sessions.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel a paid class, you will receive a full refund or credit.
Participation and Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for behavior that violates these expectations.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in improv activities may involve movement, emotional expression, and group interaction. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume any associated risks and agree that Improv with Lottie is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.
Media Release
Classes or events may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your likeness, voice, or image to be used unless you notify us in writing at info@improvwithlottie.com before the session.
Intellectual Property
All class materials, exercises, written content, and website materials are the property of Improv with Lottie and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
